To take a ride on the carousel, you still need to get into the right cabin!

LudiTab Workshop - The Carousel is a self-correcting workshop offering 2 multiple-solution puzzles to manipulate numbers and work on their composition/decomposition in a fun way.

The children discover the possible arrangements of their puzzle and the combinations of pieces to fill the cabins: for example, 5 children in a cabin means 4 and 1, or 1 and 4, or 3 and 2, or 2 and 3. Then they complete the coded activities on the cards and can check their own work independently.

PROGRESSION OF ACTIVITIES
The 12 double-sided cards (24 activities) are organized into 6 series of increasing difficulty. The front of each card can be used as the answer key for the activity on the back.

On the front: the model to be reproduced (reference collection).
On the reverse: 6 levels of reading, analysis and problem-solving involve different representations of number.

SKILLS DEVELOPED
Counting, building and comparing collections up to 10.
Constructing, decomposing and composing numbers from 2 to 10.
Decode instructions, pick up on clues.
Solve simple numerical problems.

The box contains:

1 educational booklet.
12 double-sided activity sheets, i.e. 24 models (L/W: 24 x 21 cm).
2 identical puzzles, each comprising 16 pieces (L/W/D: 2.5 x 3.3 x 0.5 cm).
1 varnished wooden base (L/W/D: 21 x 21 x 1 cm).
