Outdoor STEM WALL

Using special green weatherproof HDPE plastic tiles, any outdoor wall can be converted into a STEM learning centre. Available in different sizes and shapes to fit any wall shape, the Outdoor STEM WALL  provides opportunities for children from kindergarten and up to explore STEM at their own pace. They can start with push-in pegs, tiles and gemstones to make sequences, patterns or mosaics and progress to building working powered gear and pulley mechanisms as well as water chute and marble run systems. For the educator, there are endless opportunities to place different resources on or near to the WALL so that children can build, refine, design and problem solve. There are colourful screws to fix things in place more permanently and children will love the realistic spanner, screwdriver, and socket tools as they begin to experience genuine engineering construction for themselves. They can mechanise the process of building using a working electric power tool too. With so many things to choose from, there is always something new to explore, learn and discover every day!
