Scales and balances

In preschool, not only the concepts of mathematical operations are important, but also quantities and their measurement. Objects in a certain set may have properties that are similar in quality, but may be quantitatively different. Such properties are often called quantities in the broadest sense of the word. The first knowledge of quantities and measurement is provided to children by scales and balance devices.
