Children are different. One wants to eat porridge in the evening, although it is recommended for morning meals, because the carbohydrates in it give energy. Another can survive on one product for weeks. Someone eats broccoli today, but tomorrow they will not even look at it. Still another refuses to eat meat, and then you have to think about how to provide enough protein. Parents must be creative and overcome the temptation to quickly fill the void with some unhealthy snack. In addition, children from one to three years old should eat regularly. Meals may not be large, but they should be frequent enough - four, five or even six a day. This can be quite difficult for parents. To avoid spending the whole day standing at the stove, it would be advisable to keep healthy snacks on hand.
